Mountain Tango 2009

On August 1, 2009 Wasatch Tango will have the 5th annual Mountain Tango event at the Wasatch Mountain Club Lodge at Brighton ski resort in beautiful Wasatch mountains! Mountain Tango is typically a half a day event with an afternoon milonga and an evening/all night milonga, with time to hike in the mountains and enjoy the nature and nice dinner in between.

This year the event will feature a new tango movie and all-levels dance class with visiting instructor Steven Payne. Steven will also teach a beginning-level class Friday night at the Latin Dance Studio and two additional classes on Sunday at Green Street.

Tell your friends. There will be plenty of food and activity for beginners... even persons new to tango. And a trip to the Lodge is a great way to escape the heat of summer in the valley.
